The Julian Dowle Partnership designs gardens. Not just ordinary gardens - beautiful, imaginative gardens designed to complement their settings and realise their owners' dreams over the years to come, while expressing their own individual spirit
Unlike many garden designers, we concern ourselves more with our clients' needs, hopes and personal ideals than with any preferences and prejudices of our own. We create gardens for the people who are going to live with them and in them, day-by-day around the seasons.
Over the years this approach has won us 26 medals at the Royal Horticultural Society's Chelsea Flower Show, including 11 golds, 10 silver-gilt and five silver. It has also won us many wonderful garden commissions, around the UK and overseas - see gardens
Although specialising mainly in country gardens, we also design smaller town gardens and are valued by many commercial organisations and public bodies. We have designed gardens for local authorities, country estates, hotels, hospitals and housing developments.
